From 2015 to today.
Aristocrats Alliance was founded in 2015 and initially registered with the National Youth Authority. What began as a youth organisation focused on cadet training has grown into a structured, multi-programme organisation — legally registered as an NGO under the Registrar General's Department, Ghana.
Over the years, our graduates have gone on to serve in the Ghana Armed Forces and Security Services, pursue further education, and take on leadership roles in their communities. We have expanded our programmes to include IT training, vocational skills, hiking expeditions, community initiatives, and instructor certification — all delivered by trained, certified Aristocrats Alliance instructors.
Train the Instructors
We put candidates through a rigorous certification pipeline. Only verified, background-checked instructors are deployed into schools.
Deploy into Schools
Schools partner with us to access certified instructors for specific programmes. We manage the matching, the agreements, and the monitoring.
Develop Leaders
Beyond the classroom, we mentor our best instructors through the Legacy Leaders programme — preparing them for senior roles within the organisation and beyond.
